You are warmly invited to join Sara for a beautifully nourishing and restful Yoga Nidra Sound Bath in Nature gathering with EkoJoe’s at their new indoor venue - Blaby Cricket Club.

(Sadly, due to high winds last week, the Shala was damaged and taken down for safety reasons, so we have made the decision to bring this event indoors so we can stay warm and dry!)

This session will support you to deeply rest the body, mind and heart, inviting you to slow down and simply be with how you are in the moment.

Through Yoga Nidra, Sacred Sound, spoken word, poetry and mantra, you will be guided from a place of constant doing to simply being. A place where the mind slows down, and the body feels complete restoration.

Sara will sooth your senses as she takes you on a journey through the landscape of your inner world, weaving together the healing vibrations of singing bowls, Gong, Drum, Rainstick, Koshi Chimes, Sansula, harmonium and voice followed by a restorative Yoga Nidra meditation to ease away any remaining stress held within the body and mind.

There is nothing for you to do. Simply lie down, receive and welcome in the sweet sensation of rest.
