Terms and Conditions 

By booking an in-person or online class, private session or event with Connect to Calm you are entering into a contract which has the following conditions. Please read through them carefully.

Booking of group classes/ events

At the time of booking (for a class) you will be asked to complete a health waiver form. By completing this you are agreeing to take part at your own risk and to understand that Yoga Nidra and Reiki are tools for deep relaxation, stress relief, promoting general wellbeing and self-exploration. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment. You are also agreeing to update the teacher if you acquire any new injuries, illnesses, surgeries, pregnancies or conditions.Full payment of all gatherings (in person or online) will be required on the day of booking in order to secure your space. The payment for group classes is non refundable or transferable. A booking confirmation will be sent to you upon booking and a further joining email with details of what to bring with you will then be forwarded to you.

Jikiden Reiki Treatments / Yoga Nidra 1:1 sessions

All treatments are to be paid in full, payable on the day of booking in order to secure your appointment. Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.

If for any reason, you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment please give as much notice as possible.  At least 48 hours notice is required to enable me to share your appointment slot with others. We can then reschedule your appointment to another time. If you give less than 48 hours notice, sadly you will forfeit your payment as it will be unlikely I will be able to refill your appointment.  On the day cancellations and no shows will also forfeit the full payment.

Block Bookings are where multiple sessions of 3 or more appointments are made in advance. If you are unable to attend a treatment appointment, please give me as much notice as possible, at least 48 hours please.  We can then reschedule your appointment to another day. In the event of a cancellations that is less than 48 hours, or a cancellation on the day/ no show will mean that that session is lost. When purchasing a block of Reiki treatments, the whole course must be taken within the following time period stated when booked.

You will be required to complete a health waiver form/ informed consent form which will either be attached to your booking or completed at your first in person appointment with Sara. By completing this you are agreeing to take part in sessions at your own risk. You are also agreeing to update the teacher if you acquire any new injuries, illnesses, surgeries, pregnancies or conditions.

Jikiden Reiki Courses

Payment of course - Full payment is required at the time of booking your Jikiden Reiki course.

Cancellation Policy

Registration cancelled by participant

Jikiden Reiki course bookings are non refundable. Should a participant book a course place and later chose to not attend the event, and if a minimum of 4 weeks notice is provided to Connect to Calm, the participant will be given the opportunity to transfer their place to a future course of the same type to be used within the next 12 months from the original course start date. If less than 4 weeks notice is provided, the participant will forfeit the full course fee. If the participant chooses to cancel a second time (following one transfer of registration), the participant will forfeit the course fee.

Cancellation by Connect to Calm

Connect to Calm reserves the right to cancel any training due to low enrolment, or other circumstances which would make the course non-viable. If Connect to Calm cancels a training course, registrants can transfer their registration to a future date to be taken within the next 12 months from the original course start date, or receive a full refund (in this case Connect to Calm would only be liable for the cost of the course booking).

In registering for any event or service you agree to assume all risks associated with the event and/or service and agree that no liability will be attached to Connect to Calm for any personal injury, illness, delay, loss or damages to property, finances or health.
