Join me in this deeply restorative Yoga Nidra with Sound Bath Gathering to align with the energy of the season. It is time to embrace the quiet stirrings of new life within you. In this unique gathering, we will connect with the first stirrings of spring and the returning light by deeply resting the body, mind and heart; helping to:

• Release the stagnant energy of winter and cleanse your spirit to make way for new beginnings.

• Plant your intentions (or "seeds") deep within the fertile ground of your subconscious, fertilising your dreams for the year ahead.

• Awaken your inner light and creativity as we transition from the introspective Crone energy of winter to the vibrant Maiden energy of spring. 

Through Yoga Nidra, Sacred Sound, spoken word, poetry and mantra, you will be guided from a place of constant doing to simply being.

Your senses will be soothed as you receive the healing sounds of a variety of sacred instruments including Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Bowl, Gong, Drum, Rainstick, Koshi Chimes and Sansula followed by a beautifully nourishing Yoga Nidra - a guided rest meditation that will ease away all the remaining stress held within the body.
