Join me in slowing down and honouring sacred stillness at this darkest time of the year
You’re warmly invited to join me in a cosy afternoon dedicated to your rest and replenishment. As we approach the darkest depths of winter and the beginning return of the sun (Winter Solstice), it is a time for deep rest, reflection and recuperation. A time to do those deeply unfashionable things like slowing down, letting your spare time expand, getting enough sleep and nourishing yourself..
During this gathering we will tune into the magic of winter through the calming, restful practice of Yoga Nidra to restore a sense of peace and wellbeing within. The perfect antidote to the festivities at this time of year.
Under the soft gentle glow of candles, we will sink into the comfort of our cushions, pillows and bolsters as I guide you through a series of seasonal Yoga Nidra rest based meditations, sound, poetry and song followed by a beautiful candle ceremony to end, leaving you feeling deeply rested, replenished and refreshed.
After our restful practice we will gather together for festive homemade goodies, and a glass of mulled wine (non alcoholic option available too).
The perfect way to pause, ease away some of the festive stress and soak in the magic of the season.
Suitable for all. No experience necessary.
Exchange - £30 including mulled wine, selection of festive tasty treats.
Places are limited. Pre booking essential.
I am unable to offer refunds or transfers to another date if you are not able to attend. In the event you are not able to join us, I invite you to pass your place onto a friend in need of rest.
This session takes place at Ullesthorpe Village Hall, Lutterworth, Leicestershire, LE17 5DG
