90 minutes of sweet rest and relaxation.

These special Friday evening Nidra Nights offer you the permission to simply lie down and rest - to give up on the crazy life for just a few moments.

What better way to end the week than snuggled under your blankets, resting in complete relaxation as you are guided to effortlessly let go of all the stresses from the week, so you're ready to hit the weekend with renewed energy and enthusiasm!..

These sessions will help to break the cycle of fatigue, lift the heaviness from the body so you feel healthy again - lighter and more peaceful.

These events are held in Lutterworth.

A 90 minute session that will soothe your senses as you relax into the healing sounds of a variety of sacred instruments including Tibetan Singing Bowls, Gong, Drum, Rainstick, Koshi Chimes, Sansula and vocal toning. The session aims to support you to experience complete rest and relaxation as your body resonates with these pure sounds.

The session will finish with a super restful Yoga Nidra. There is no movement involved.

A deeply relaxing and restorative session that will leave you feeling content, re-energised and at peace with yourself. The session will be small and intimate, delivered in a safe and held space.

These events are held in Bitteswell (less than 5 minutes from Lutterworth).

One to ones

Sometimes, we need more one on one support and individual attention to help us through certain situations/ challenges, whether it be for sleep, pain relief, recovery from an illness for example. I am able to offer an individual Yoga Nidra service to those that feel they would benefit.

Either in person, or via Skype or telephone I can offer sessions to work with you to create your own bespoke practice of Yoga Nidra that is right for what you need at that time.
